Jatinder Kumar Kataria is the founder and principal lawyer of Kataria Law Chambers Professional Corporation, serving individuals and businesses across the Greater Toronto Area and Canada.
Prior to immigrating to Canada, Jatinder held a national-level government legal role at the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India — handling constitutional litigation at High Court level and contributing to the development of India's Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code regulatory framework.
After requalifying under Canada's NCA process, Jatinder was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in November 2023 and launched Kataria Law Chambers. The practice covers litigation, immigration, business law, real estate, family law, wills and estates, and related matters.
